DBT Skills
If you are unable to attend a DBT group and would like to incorporate skills into your individual therapy, or you would like a refresher, this channel is for you! We will be exploring all four modules of DBT and learning ways to regulate emotions, decrease impulsive behaviors, increase relationship satisfaction, and building a stronger sense of self. Paired with individual therapy, these skills can help provide you the ability to find a life worth living.
