Outpatient Therapist

Individual Therapy Ages 18+

I am a BIPOC mental health therapist that has been providing counseling services since 2021. I have completed my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological services at Saint Mary's University and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

I have found a passion working with people on an individual basis and developing a therapeutic relationship to support change and growth.  I enjoy helping to identify and create goals you would like to achieve, as well as provide you with the skills, knowledge, and hope needed to cope with emotions and challenging situations.  I feel allowing an open space to process past experiences, beliefs, and barriers, that may interfere with long-term success, is an important aspect of therapy. I use skills from a variety of therapeutic techniques to fit your sessions to your needs, plus a bit of humor.

My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, adult-onset trauma, stress management, interpersonal communication, panic attacks, goal setting, problem-solving, mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), LGBTQ+, identifying cultural identities, and more.

My hobbies: Travel, painting, reading, and rewatching The Office.
