Outpatient Therapist

Individual Therapy Ages 13+

I believe in the integrity of the therapeutic relationship and adopt the principles of a client centered approach. It is through the established trust within the therapeutic relationship, that I balance both acceptance and change in helping individuals identify their own inherent wisdom as well as the barriers that interfere with their ambitious goals in life. My goal as your provider is to meet you wherever you are at in life, to foster and nurture your therapeutic growth, to be genuine and honest, as well as to provide a gentle push when necessary. It is my belief that there is nothing more rewarding than drawing new perspectives and insights from life and paving new pathways forward in reaching new heights in self-development.

My theoretical background ranges from an expansive variety of clinical disciplines including: client-centered, dialectical behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, problem-solution focus, motivational interviewing, relational, and humanistic. I work with individuals from 14 years of age and older. I have comprehensive experience working with individuals that have struggles with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex trauma histories, bereavement, life transitions/stressors, autism spectrum disorder, panic disorders, and borderline personality disorder.

My hobbies or interests include: traveling, spending quality time with friends and family, coaching hockey, running, playing tennis, watching hockey and football.
